Loyalty Card

Regular customers to the centre may be interested in applying for our LoyaltyCard. Membership of the scheme is free.

Loyalty Card holders will be offered the following benefits:

• A tiered discount scheme on most purchases in the Garden Centre, Cook Shop and online, including plants, giftware and accessories (excludes furniture, gift vouchers, products on promotion and low margin items such as composts and books).  Initially the discount will be set at 5% but may rise after one year’s membership according to the previous 12 months’ expenditure.  Our top customers presently receive a discount rate of 10%.
• Exclusive offers twice yearly and including free tea and coffee vouchers (subject to a minimum spend in the previous 12 months).
• A monthly electronic newsletter and special offer.

To receive a Loyalty Card please complete the application form below or download the Loyalty Card Application Form that can be returned to us by post or in store and we will arrange for your personalised card to be prepared and then call you when it is ready for collection.
