Regular customers might have spotted a few tweaks on the Specials Board of the Garden Café this past week. The liver and onions, and corned beef hash potato skins, have gone down a treat. A little under two weeks ago we welcomed Eddie James to the staff. Eddie had previously worked at the nearby Bold and Treetops Hotels, before setting up his own business. He is now working with us to open our new restaurant, The Four Seasons. It is too early to announce the opening date as we have still to recruit our front of house staff, so watch this space.
