Welcome to Dunscar. The long range weather forecast seems to be right in its prediction of some fine weather so, after two poor Summers, we can at last get into the garden this year. The fine weather should also bring about a mood of optimisim and at Dunscar we believe it is time to stop talking of “recession” and start being more positive.

I am glad to say that our customers agree with us and we saw an upsurge in sales this Spring. Our regular customers will also note that we have a few new faces amongst the staff and all the staff are extremely enthusiastic and eager to help. |
I don’t think the centre has ever looked better. We are very well stocked and over the past few months have been introducing a succession of new lines to ensure that even our most regular customers will always see something new. Mindful of our “raison d’être” as a quality garden centre we have expanded our range of gardening accessories, tools, seeds and propagation equipment. clothing.
The increase in the numbers of plants for sale has resulted in us opening up another glasshouse to customers for edible, bedding and hanging plants. We believe that we can now claim to have the largest and most diverse plantarea in Lancashire. Elsewhere on site we have significantly expanded the space we devote to gifts, garden and interior furniture and country clothing
